educate-U retains personal information in order to provide the most beneficial individualised service possible for you and your village.

  • face to face consultation and observation

  • lesson notes, program details, anecdotal notes and client reports

  • stakeholder documentation

All such information serves the purpose of improving our client services for your family’s benefit, and is kept securely within our protected administrational database.

We are always happy to explain any personal information request we have.

We will endeavour to make sure your personal information remains accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that any information is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practical, and we will update our records accordingly.

Personal Information Disclosure

No personal information will be disclosed without first receiving your written consent.

You will be provided with the opportunity to confirm your approval for educate-U, to transfer any relevant information to third party entities.

In accordance with the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998, it is our legal obligation to report any reasonably suspected or observable, neglect or mistreatment of a child in our care, to the respective government authorities.
